As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you play a crucial role in providing specialized services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. Working with a team of experts, you will help clients achieve their goals and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and conduct intensive ABA therapy sessions

Collect and graph data

Maintain client binders and materials

Maintain communication logs with family and staff

Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and professionals

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Adhere to Centre policies and procedures

Attend training sessions and workshops

Participate in social and public events

Qualifications:

Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning

Registered Behavior Technician™ (RBT™) certification or willingness to complete training

Must complete Criminal record check

Open to evening shifts

Salary: From $2124/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:45AM  6:45PM EST; Saturday, 8AM  1PM EST

Take an inside look at what you will do each day:

Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
 Collect and graph data
 Maintain client binders and materials
 Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff
 Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
 Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
 Uphold Centre policies and procedures
 Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House
 Attend Monarch House social and public events

Here is what you will need to be successful

Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning
 Registered Behavior Technician™ (RBT™) certification or willingness to complete training for RBT certification (within 3 mos.)
 Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
 Must be open to 23 evening shifts a week
