Description:

As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you play a crucial role in providing specialized services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. Working alongside a team of experts, you will help clients achieve their goals and make a positive impact on their lives.

Job Type: Part-time. Hourly.

Salary: From $21-24/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:45AM - 6:45PM EST; Saturday, 8AM - 1PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions

Collect and graph data

Maintain client binders and materials

Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff

Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Uphold Centre policies and procedures

Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House

Attend Monarch House social and public events

Qualifications:

Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning

Registered Behavior Technician™ (RBT™) certification or willingness to complete training for RBT certification (within 3 mos.)

Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

Must be open to 2-3 evening shifts a week
