Description:

As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you will be a crucial part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. Working with a team of experts, you will help clients achieve their goals and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and conduct comprehensive ABA therapy sessions

Collect and graph data

Maintain client binders and materials

Maintain daily communication logs with family and staff

Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and professionals

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Uphold Centre policies and procedures

Attend training sessions and events set out by Monarch House

Attend social and public events hosted by Monarch House

Qualifications:

Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning

Willingness to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

Open to 2-3 evening shifts per week

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Willing to travel within the community for home-based sessions

Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use

Work setting : Community based in Toronto/North York area. Travel is required.

Schedule: Monday  Friday between 8:45am7pm EST

Saturdays till 4PM

Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
 Collect and graph data
 Maintain client binders and materials
 Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff
 Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
 Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
 Uphold Centre policies and procedures
 Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House
 Attend Monarch House social and public events

Here Is What You Will Need To Be Successful

Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning

 Must be open to 23 evening shifts a week
 Legally authorized to work in Canada
 Willing to travel within the community to conduct homebased sessions
