Infinity Group Construction is seeking a Warehouse Manager for their Burlington, ON warehouse to oversee shipping and receiving operations, inventory control, and fleet management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable coordinating logistics and operating equipment both in the office and on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments
Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and conduct cycle counts
Operate forklift and reach truck to load, unload, and organize stock and equipment
Drive and maneuver cube trucks and trailers for deliveries and pickups
Manage company vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling and repairs
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and fleet activity
Ensure warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Coordinate building maintenance, garbage collection, and cleaning oversight
Identify and resolve inefficiencies in warehouse and fleet processes
What We're Looking For
Valid forklift and reach truck certification
Experience in warehouse management or logistics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy items and manage physical demands of warehouse work
Clear communication and leadership skills
Legally authorized to work in Canada with a clean criminal record
