SimonMed Imaging is seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic X-ray images with precision, compassion, and confidence while prioritizing patient care. The role involves ensuring every exam meets clinical standards and maintaining efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning
Maintaining proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
Managing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and adapting to a high-volume schedule
Providing patient empathy, infection control, and mentorship to students
Delivering purpose-driven work that impacts patient outcomes
Contributing to a collaborative team environment with efficient workflows and advanced technology
Following high clinical standards in advanced imaging and maintaining professionalism

Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
Valid state licensure current (where required)
BLS certification current or in progress
1-2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus
Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program
Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles
Strong communication skills and ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision
Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture
